Jordan Vogel is a member of Brown & Fortunato’s Health Care Group. Prior to joining the firm, Jordan practiced in Colorado where he focused on real estate, land use, business litigation and contracts.

Jordan currently represents DME providers, hospitals, home health agencies, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers in a range of health care related matters, including compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and responding to government investigations.

Jordan is a member of the State Bar of Texas and State Bar of Colorado.

Jordan is originally from Canyon, Texas. He attended Texas Tech and received a B.S. in Animal Science with minors in Agribusiness Management and Political Science. While at Texas Tech, Jordan was elected by students in the agriculture department to be a Senator in the Student Government Association and was the chair of Student Government Association committees. Jordan received the Drew Slater Student Government Achievement Award for his participation in Student Government Association activities and was recognized as a Top 10 Academic and Leadership Student in the College of Agriculture.

Jordan received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder School of Law. While in law school, Jordan was an Editor and Staff Writer for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Review.

In his free time, Jordan likes to golf, travel, spend time with his family, and learn about personal finance and cryptocurrency.
