Bradley W. Howard has been selected as a 2026-2027 Nominating Chair for the Texas Bar Foundation. He is among 42 attorneys chosen to serve in this leadership role across Texas. Nominating Chairs are selected based on outstanding professional achievements and demonstrated commitment to the Foundation and assist in identifying and recommending qualified attorneys for Foundation fellowship consideration.
With more than 30 years of legal experience, Brad advises clients on healthcare, employment, litigation, and regulatory matters. He represents businesses nationwide in government investigations, complex disputes, and compliance matters. Brad is known for providing practical, strategic counsel to healthcare organizations and employers across a wide range of industries.
Founded in 1965, the Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country. It is dedicated to strengthening the justice system and improving access to legal services throughout Texas. Through the support of its Fellows, the Foundation provides grant funding to nonprofit organizations that expand access to justice and legal services for underserved Texans. Over the past six decades, the Foundation has awarded more than $30 million in grants, and it will distribute more than $2 million during the current bar year to programs serving vulnerable communities across the state. These grants support a wide range of initiatives, including legal aid, victim assistance, access-to-justice programs, and projects that enhance the administration of justice for Texans in need.
