Raf Nadeem supports the firm’s corporate practice, representing clients in M&A transactions, entity formations, real estate, and finance. His work is focused on ensuring client needs are met and deals proceed smoothly.

During law school Raf served as a student writer and articles editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, where his note exploring cryptocurrency-related bankruptcies was published. He also served as a research assistant for Associate Dean Adrien Wing, focusing his research on international and comparative law.

Outside of work, Raf enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, and playing and watching basketball.
