Rossanna J. Madrigal is a senior attorney at Brown & Fortunato and a member of the Health Care Group. She is based in the Houston area and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Rossanna helps healthcare providers navigate the intricacies of federal and state regulations governing their practices, including state licensing; Medicare and Medicaid enrollment issues; and review of arrangements for potential fraud, waste, and abuse concerns. Rossanna also regularly supports the corporate team by conducting healthcare regulatory due diligence on transactions of all types, including pharmacy, DME, and home health.

Rossanna was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University in 2007 and spent two years working as a Research Coordinator for Baylor College of Medicine in Houston before attending law school at Saint Louis University School of Law. While in law school, Rossanna concentrated her studies in health care, earning a Health Law concentration. During that time, Rossanna also earned a Master in Public Health with a focus in Health Policy from St. Louis University School of Public Health. Rossanna was a Lead Editor for the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law and Policy and participated in various grassroots advocacy campaigns, educating the greater St. Louis area about all aspects of health law reform. Prior to joining Brown & Fortunato, Rossanna worked in healthcare compliance for a national health services company in Houston. In her free time, Rossanna enjoys spending time with her daughter, Gabrielle, family, and friends.
