Senior Transactional Attorney

Brown & Fortunato has a position for an attorney with a minimum of 10 years of transactional experience to join the firm’s transactional practice. The firm’s transactional practice consists of mergers and acquisitions, business planning and corporate governance, real estate, finance and lending, and oil and gas. Strong academic credentials and advanced drafting skills are required. This position also values teamwork, and outstanding communication and writing skills. Applicants will be expected to have frequent client contact and will need mature, confident client relation skills. Prior law firm experience and admission to practice in Texas are required. Salary will be based on background and experience.
