Brown & Fortunato announces that Jason M. Temple has joined the firm’s Corporate Group where he advises clients on a broad spectrum of business matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, financing, reorganization and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, taxation, and business succession. Mr. Temple is licensed in Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the Business and Corporate Law Section and Young Lawyers Division. Prior to joining Brown & Fortunato, Jason practiced with a premier business and corporate law firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
