Brown & Fortunato Announces Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star

Jon received this high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement as a member of Brown & Fortunato’s Corporate Group where he serves both public and private clients with a wide range of legal matters including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, entity formation, and corporate governance. Jon practices in B&F’s Dallas office and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Jon received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a concentration in real estate, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. He then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and graduated with honors in 2015. Jon’s success has led to his selection by Thomson Reuters as a Texas Rising Star for 2020, 2021, and 2022.

To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, nominees must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Rising Star candidates are nominated by a peer or identified by the Super Lawyers’ research department and are then selected based on several indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, including honors, awards, bar or professional activity, settlements, and experience. Rising Stars is a Thomson Reuters service.
