Brown & Fortunato Announces New Attorney

Brown & Fortunato is pleased to announce that Jason E. Pepe has joined the firm’s Litigation Group. Prior to joining B&F, Jason was a litigation partner in an AmLaw 100 firm. Jason has tried many cases to verdict and litigated hundreds of cases in federal and state courts across the country.

Jason brings significant experience in business, health care, oil & gas, and products liability litigation to Brown & Fortunato. He has extensive appellate experience, recently arguing appeals before the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits. Jason’s two and a half decades of sophisticated practice on behalf of corporate clients enables him to assist clients in successfully navigating the world of high stakes litigation.

Jason is licensed to practice in Texas, Missouri, and Kansas. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits and in district courts throughout the country.
