Tyler DiMarino joined Brown & Fortunato as a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Amarillo Area Bar Association, the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Tyler represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial disputes and breaches of contract. He also handles health care investigations and general litigation involving the health care industry.

Tyler was raised in Amarillo, Texas and graduated from Amarillo High School in 2009. In 2013, he graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with a major in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management and a minor in Legal Studies. During his undergraduate studies, Tyler was involved with the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity and competed with the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law national mock trial team. In addition, Tyler was named to the Dean’s List and President’s List on several occasions.

Tyler graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in May 2016. While in law school, Tyler spent a semester interning with the San Antonio Spurs General Counsel Office working on a number of contract, employment, intellectual property, entertainment law, and civil litigation matters.

Tyler currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association and is involved with the Amarillo Chapter of Make-a-Wish North Texas. He sits as a board member of the Amarillo Regional Council and volunteers his time as a wish-granter, helping fulfill wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys going to the shooting range, watching football, spending time with his family, and helping his community. He is also an avid hockey fan and competes in the Amarillo Adult Hockey League.
