Kianna Sitarski joined Brown & Fortunato as a member of the Health Care Group. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is based out of the firm’s Dallas office.
Kianna’s practice includes assisting pharmacies, hospitals, physicians, durable medical equipment companies, and other health care providers on a variety of matters that impact the health care industry, including federal and state anti-kickback laws, Stark Law and federal and state regulations. Kianna also assists health care providers in pending investigations by the Department of Justice and other regulators.
In 2019, Kianna earned a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Kianna graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Kianna interned with the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas and worked in the Patent and Community Development Clinics.
Kianna grew up in The Woodlands, Texas and is an avid fan of Texas A&M football and Houston Astros baseball. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
