Curtis D. Greenwood joined Brown & Fortunato, as a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law team. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Amarillo Bar Association, and the Amarillo Young Lawyers Association.

Although born in Los Gatos, California, Curtis spent most of his childhood growing up in Genola, Utah, a small orchard farming community. At a young age, Curtis expressed interest in getting involved in both the community and at school. He was active in student council, high school sports, and earned his Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America.

Curtis attended Utah Valley University on both academic and leadership scholarships. During his time at UVU, Curtis was part of The Center for the Advancement of Leadership where he earned his leadership certification, a two-year process. He was also a member of student counsel at UVU as a Clubs Ambassador. He graduated cum laude with a degree in English.

Curtis attended law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During that time, he served as an Assistant Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. He was also involved in the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the Health Law Student Association.

Curtis and his wife, Brooklyn, are the proud parents of two beautiful little girls. He remains active in youth scouting and his church. He enjoys playing sports, skiing, Sooner football, good barbeque, but most of all spending time with his family.
