Curtis D. Greenwood is a member of Brown & Fortunato’s Health Care and Litigation groups. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Health Lawyers Association, Amarillo Bar Association, and Amarillo Young Lawyers Association.

Curtis enjoys a diverse health care regulatory and litigation practice, assisting both local and national clients in finding economical solutions to complex business and regulatory problems and representing companies in general commercial litigation and contract dispute matters.

Curtis routinely advises pharmacies, physician practice groups, and durable medical equipment companies facing the threat of government enforcement actions, including qui tam whistleblower suits under the False Claims Act, OIG fraud, waste, and abuse investigations, and violations of the Stark Law and federal Anti-Kickback Statute. Curtis also regularly advises pharmacy clients undergoing Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) desk audits and fraud, waste, and abuse investigations.

Curtis graduated cum laude from Utah Valley University where he also obtained certification from The Center for the Advancement of Leadership, a two-year process. Curtis thereafter attended law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and served as an Assistant Managing Editor.

Curtis and his wife, Brooklyn, are the proud parents of three beautiful little girls. In his free time, Curtis enjoys playing indoor soccer, watching OU football, and backpacking.
