Brody G. Hinds joined Brown & Fortunato as a member of the firm’s Corporate group. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Amarillo Bar Association, and the Amarillo Young Lawyers Association.

Brody was raised in the Oklahoma Panhandle. In 2015, he graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and Administration from the University of Oklahoma. While at OU, Brody was a member of the President’s Leadership Class and was active in student government and the honors college.

In 2018, Brody received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating with distinction. While at OU Law, he served as the Executive Editor of the American Indian Law Review, was named a Dean’s Leadership Fellow, and served as a member of the Board of Advocates. His law review comment, Twenty-Five Years Later: The Amendments to the National Historic Preservation Act and Tribal Consultation, was selected for publication and received the American Indian Law Review Outstanding Comment award. Brody was also the recipient of numerous scholarships and honors, including the Second Century Scholarship, the Aubrey M. Kerr, Sr. Endowed Scholarship, and the Dean’s Honor Roll. While pursuing his Juris Doctor, he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Noma D. Gurich of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.

Brody enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners.
