Brown & Fortunato is a progressive law firm dedicated to providing excellent legal services to its clients. Founded in 1995, the firm adopted an entrepreneurial business model which reflects our business spirit, enabling us to be efficient and responsive to clients’ legal matters. Brown & Fortunato opened its doors with three attorneys and has expanded its practice to thirty-one lawyers. Brown & Fortunato achieved such growth by recruiting and hiring attorneys regionally and from around the country, which gave birth to a national practice. The firm continues to hire and expand its office to serve its growing client base.

Our trial practice includes representation of major corporations, small businesses, insurance companies and individuals in almost every type of litigation, including the bet-the-company case, employment matters, insurance defense, and oil and gas cases. The firm’s business and corporate practice includes representation of significant financial institutions, real estate clients, and business entities, both large and small. Our health care group supports a national client base of durable medical equipment companies, pharmacies, hospitals, home health agencies, hospices, physician groups, medical equipment manufacturers, and other health care providers with facilities from coast-to-coast.
The firm recently remodeled its office to reflect its dynamic and innovative practice. The firm has launched a program to attract talented recruits from some of the best law schools across the nation. Brown & Fortunato continues to expand its practice to include more national and international clients.
