Todd A. Moody joined Brown & Fortunato in 2011. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association. His practice involves the representation of healthcare industry providers and healthcare related litigation.
Todd was born in Provo, Utah and raised in Chandler, Arizona. After high school, he served a full-time, volunteer mission in New York City and Bermuda for his church. Todd worked as a Financial Services Consultant at Arizona Federal Credit Union while pursuing his undergraduate degree. After graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University, Todd attended the Texas Tech University School of Law on a Regent’s Scholarship for academic achievement. While in law school, he was a Legal Practice Teaching Fellow for Professor Dale Jones as well as a Staff Member and Comment Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. Todd graduated magna cum laude in May 2011.
He is an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow. Todd enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, mountain biking, and cheering on Arizona State and Texas Tech athletics. Todd and his wife Emery have one son.
