Baird spoke on March 3, 2010 in Irvine, California at the California Association of Medical Products Suppliers Conference.  Mr. Baird's presentations were titled "Cavalier" is a Four-Letter Word: How to Proactively Prepare for, and Respond to, a Post-Payment Audit." and "Reducing Your Dependence on Medicare: Innovative Steps to Take to Increase Revenue by Selling to Non-Medicare Patients."

Jeffery S. Baird spoke at Medtrade Spring in Las Vegas, Nevada.  On May 11, 2010 he presented "Point/Counterpoint: Pushing Your Marketing Efforts." with Colette Weil. "Create a Marketing Plan That is Effective - and Legal" was be the topic of his presentation on May 12, 2010.
